Do I need a doctor's referral for physiotherapy?
No referral is needed. You can book directly with us. Our physiotherapists will assess your condition and design a treatment plan. If your case needs a specialist opinion, we will guide you.
How long does a typical physiotherapy session last?
Most sessions last 45–60 minutes, depending on your treatment plan. Your first visit includes a detailed assessment and may run slightly longer.
What should I wear for my session?
Comfortable, loose clothing you can move in. Sportswear is ideal. For knee or ankle rehabilitation, shorts help us assess and treat the joint properly.
Do you provide home visits or online sessions?
Yes. We offer home care physiotherapy across Delhi and structured online rehabilitation programs. Ask the team which format best fits your condition and goals.
